Homemade Chicken Pot Pie(Slow Cooker Version)

This chicken pot pie would be perfect to serve on Thanksgiving if you are only 2 or 4 people, especially if you swapped the chicken for turkey. You don’t need a big assortment of food, just a dish like this made with love.

Slow Cooker Chicken Soup

The smell and taste of homemade chicken soup is so comforting, but not everyone can sit around and wait for the chicken to boil, then shred it and boil the bones for another hour. We are busy and can’t sit around cooking all day. I’ve adjusted my mom’s chicken soup and made it a little easier, but still soooooo delicious. It is my son Dominick’s favorite meal. I have a couple of secret ingredients that make it extra special. I don’t usually have enough leftovers to freeze it for another night!

This is my sister Jen’s Blizzard Soup in the slow cooker version! It is easy, filling, and delicious! It is on the top list of my families favorite soup/meal.

This pulled chicken recipe is super easy and you only need a couple of ingredients.  I love serving this on top of the shoepeg corn salad with a side of cornbread.  You can enjoy a summer meal without having to BBQ…

Mita’s Slow Cooker Chicken

This is another one of Mita’s recipes. It’s simple and tasty! You can use this chicken for any of your Mexican dishes that calls for shredded chicken. I usually use it for my chicken tacos. In the shell, I layer a simple coleslaw salad, then the chicken, top with Mexican shredded cheese and home made…
